Jeff Butler - Vintage Comic Artist

Jeff was tired of seeing "web site" on his new years resoltion list. After several attempts he choose me to help him get his portfolio on line. He currently works for Ravensoft games and continues to illustrate classic super heroes Green Hornet, Spiderman, Incredible Hulk, and more. There is even a Badgerman for the locals.

" I can't recommend Deb Vandenbrouke highly enough! After searching around, looking for a web designer, I became frustrated with hearing what I couldn't do. When I found Deb's website, I immediately thought I had found the right person for the job. Boy, was I right!

Deb not only understood what I was trying to do, she helped me to streamline my ideas and make them even better. Through our creative collaboration, Deb got me on the right track and gave me plenty of inspirational kicks-in-the-caboose along the way. Without her technical expertise and her positive, creative guidance, my website would not exist. She's a real pro and a great pleasure to work with. "

Daniel Loren Ostrov - Glass Artist & Sculptor

Daniel Ostrov's plans changed quickly with hurricane Katrina's arrival. He returned to Wisconsin from New Orleans and decided to get his glass. sculpture. mixed media portfolio online for graduate school applications and job interviews. He liked the general design of KM's textile portfolio so we used that as a starting point.

"You have been extremely helpful and patient with me in creating this website. I appreciate your artistic input and design ideas at every stage of the process. I really feel the site looks great and it is so much thanks your hard work. I look forward to continuing to work with you in updating the site in the future."

- Daniel Ostrov, Sculptor
( Daniel took over his site, as many people do.
The original design is here and the current site is here. )

Textile Designer

This was a portfolio site for a textile designer upon her graduation from UW, Madison. Some of the most prestigious design studios requested KM to work or intern with them including Donghia in New York City. She secured a job with Studio Z Textiles in Grand Rapids, Michigan and has sinced moved on to other things.

"Working with Deb has been an enjoyable collaborative experience. Deb drew upon her breadth of knowledge and design talent to help me create the image I wanted. She provided me with a range of choices and upon my decision, completed the work in a timely, efficient manner. I am happy to say I continue to receive positive feedback about my web site from the professional design community."

(KM no longer needed this site once her goal was accomplished but the design can still be seen here.)

Artist Portfolio - Photographer

Dermot Conlan came in with his font, photographs, and a request for a simple, clean look. This image maker is Irish-born and now resides in Boston.

"Deb was a pleasure to work with, she was able to design the site I had envisioned. I had the images and Deb came in with great design ideas, more than I could of asked for. Simply put, Deb knew how to put it all together."

(Dermot decided to change to a local web designer.
